Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Logistics Coordinator role based in Concord, NH. The Logistics Coordinator will arrange and track shipments across multiple modes of transportation, ensuring on-time pickup and delivery for customers. Responsibilities include communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to confirm details, resolve issues, and provide shipment status updates. The role involves monitoring inventory and freight movements, updating transportation management systems, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Logistics Coordinator will also help analyze routing options, support cost-effective carrier selection, and contribute to continuous process improvements in daily logistics operations.

Strong analytical skills to review shipment data, routing options, and performance metrics.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with carriers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
Customer service skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships.
Experience or familiarity with inventory management and supply chain management processes.
Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight brokerage is preferred.
Proficiency with common office software and the ability to learn transportation management systems.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, business, or a related field is a plus.
