Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, tech-savvy Construction Project Manager to oversee small to medium commercial projects. You will manage jobs from initial planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of small to medium construction projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field crews.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and daily logs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Compile bids and proposals with strict attention to detail.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven management experience in small to medium commercial construction projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word and Excel.
- Active New Mexico GB98 license is preferred but not required.
- Alternatively, verifiable hours working directly under a New Mexico GB98 licensed contractor is preferred.
- Unlicensed candidates with strong, verifiable management experience will still be considered.
- Must have an unrestricted Driver License, ability to pass a background check, and be legally allowed to work in the United States.
Pay: From $45.00 per hour
