RoofX is hiring a Site Supervisor to manage residential roofing and exterior projects from start to finish. This is a field leadership role for someone who takes ownership, holds a high standard, and knows how to keep jobs moving.

What You’ll Do
- Manage roofing projects from start to completion
- Coordinate crews, materials, and schedules
- Ensure job site quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Communicate with homeowners throughout the project
- Handle change orders, documentation, and job updates
- Perform final walkthroughs and collect completion sign-offs
What You Need
- 2+ years in roofing or residential construction
- Experience leading crews or managing job sites preferred
- Knowledge of shingle, metal, siding, or gutters
- Organized and able to manage multiple jobs
- Comfortable using a smartphone/CRM for job tracking
- Valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
