Right Way Restore is seeking a Skilled Carpenter with a strong eye for detail and the ability to deliver high-quality finishes on residential renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in trim work, doors, and finish carpentry, while also being comfortable handling light plumbing, electrical, and painting tasks as part of kitchen and bathroom remodels.
What You’ll Do:
- Install interior doors, trim, baseboards, and casing
- Install and finish crown molding
- Perform finish carpentry and detail work on kitchens and bathrooms
- Handle light plumbing and electrical tasks (as part of remodels)
- Prep and paint walls, trim, and flooring
- Ensure clean, professional finishes on every project
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in finish carpentry and trim work
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently on job sites
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Professional, dependable work ethic
- Ability to work a 40-hour week

- Pay: $25+ per hour, based on experience
- Pay schedule: Weekly, with one-week holdback
