Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry, with a focus on Cabinet Installation, trim carpentry and installation. This role requires an eye for detail and the ability to read and interpret schematics, ensuring high-quality finishes in residential and commercial projects. The Finish Carpenter will work primarily on construction sites, collaborating with other trades to deliver exceptional craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Execute trim carpentry tasks including installation of moldings, baseboards, and cabinetry. Must have experience in Cabinet installation.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate measurements and installations.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various carpentry tasks.
Collaborate with other trades such as drywall installers and electricians to coordinate project timelines.
Restore and repair existing woodwork to maintain aesthetic appeal and structural integrity.
Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites to promote safety and efficiency.
Adhere to all safety protocols while working with tools and materials.

Experience

Proven experience in finish carpentry, with a strong portfolio of completed projects preferred.
Familiarity with drywall installation processes is advantageous.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other carpentry equipment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a construction environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
