Carpenter / Remodeler / General Handyman — Northwind Trailer Group – Blooming Prairie, MN — Northwind Trailer Group is looking for a highly motivated, dependable, and versatile individual to join our growing team. We build and customize high-end trailers, RVs, fish houses, toy haulers, and specialty units — and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, creative problem solving, and seeing projects through from start to finish. This is not just another “clock in and clock out” position. We are looking for someone who enjoys being challenged, wants to continue growing their skill set, and takes ownership in the work they do.

Skills Preferred (But Advanced Experience Not Required)
Experience in the following areas is highly preferred:
- Carpentry / finish carpentry
- Trailer or RV remodeling
- Framing and structural repair
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrical wiring
- HVAC installation or troubleshooting
- Flooring installation
- Cabinet installation and fabrication
- Metal fabrication or welding (a plus)
- Mechanical aptitude
- Tool and equipment operation
- Aluminum welding
You do NOT need to be an expert in every category.

What You’ll Be Working On
Projects may include:
- Custom RV and fish house builds
- Trailer remodeling and repairs
- Interior build-outs
- Cabinetry and finish work
- Electrical and plumbing installation
- HVAC work
- Structural modifications
- Custom fabrication and upgrades
- Creative one-off customer requests

What we provide?
Indoor working environment with heat and air conditioning. Performance-based pay from $20-$40/hour or more.
