Job Overview:
We are in search of skilled Finish Trim Carpenters to become part of our team. The perfect candidate should have proficiency in the Custom Home industry and a wide range of skills, such as Interior and Exterior Trim Finishes, Hardware Installation, Door and Gate Fabrication, Handrail Installation, working with Composite Materials, experience in Custom Home builds, Custom Ceiling Design, Bulkhead construction, Roller Shade Pocket creation, Siding, Fixture Installation, operating Power Tools, and handling all types of Finish Materials.
Responsibilities:
- Work with other crew members to accomplish final product installations.
- Trim Carpentry in High End Custom Homes.
- Utilize power tools for various carpentry tasks.
- Able to read and understand design drawings for customer needs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finish trim work on interior and exterior applications.
- Proficiency in exterior trim, interior trim, door systems, cabinetry, hardware, applications for exterior ceilings, interior ceilings, wall moldings, casing, crown, base, aprons, and fixture installation are essential.
- Joinery knowledge
- Strong knowledge of power tools and their safe operation
- Ability to collaborate with other employees to complete assigned tasks.
- Proficient in problem-solving and joinery for trim applications.
- Possesses personal Trim Carpentry Tools and a Vehicle for Job Sites.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
