Job Overview
Join our small but growing team as an Apprentice Carpenter / Laborer and kick-start your career in the construction and restoration industry! This entry-level position offers hands-on experience working alongside skilled carpenters and tradespeople on diverse projects. We are a full service construction company, with new construction, cabinetry shop, excavation/site work, and restoration/remodel lines of business, where the right candidate can gain experience in a wide variety of trades.

Responsibilities

Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, sanding, drilling, and assembly
Support construction activities including concrete forming, rebar installation, metal stud framing, and masonry work
Help with demolition, remodeling, flooring installation, siding work, and roofing projects
Perform heavy lifting and material handling to support project timelines and safety standards
Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions

Skills

Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in construction and carpentry
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and working at heights or in confined spaces
Familiarity with construction estimating concepts is a plus but not required
Experience or interest in water damage restoration, mold remediation, or general handyman tasks is advantageous
Prior construction site experience or apprenticeship background is beneficial but not mandatory; if you are willing to learn we are willing to train you.
