Compensation:
1099 Independent Contractor Position
Commission Structure:
- Storm Restoration Claims: 10% of the initial insurance claim total
- Retail Projects: 10% of the total job value
There is no cap on your earnings. Your income is determined by your work ethic, drive, and performance.
What You'll Do
- Generate leads and meet with homeowners
- Inspect properties for storm-related damage
- Educate homeowners on the restoration process
- Assist customers throughout insurance claim and project completion
- Build strong relationships within the community
