You in This Role -
Are an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and professional-level roles across the organization. This individual will partner with hiring leaders to attract top talent in engineering, supply chain, quality, program management, finance, HR, and other corporate functions critical to scaling a high-growth drone company.
The ideal candidate combines strong recruiting execution with strategic partnership skills and thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and professional-level positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand organizational needs and workforce planning priorities
- Develop sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill technical and corporate roles
- Recruit talent across engineering, manufacturing support, supply chain, quality, finance, HR, and operations functions
- Conduct candidate screening, behavioral interviews, and compensation discussions
- Drive candidate experience and maintain consistent communication throughout the process
- Build proactive talent pipelines for future growth initiatives
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, networking, and direct sourcing techniques
- Monitor recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates
- Support employer branding and recruiting process improvements
- Assist in developing scalable recruiting practices for a rapidly growing organization
Qualifications
- 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for exempt/professional roles in manufacturing, aerospace, technology, engineering, or industrial environments
- Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
- Ability to influence and partner effectively with hiring managers and leadership
- Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Experience working in high-growth or rapidly scaling companies preferred
- Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting technical talent such as mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, or systems engineers
- Exposure to aerospace, robotics, drones/UAS, electronics, or advanced manufacturing industries
- Experience supporting workforce scaling initiatives
Benefits
- Salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually
