Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of carpentry tasks with precision and efficiency, ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute carpentry tasks.
- Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as framing, siding, roofing, drywall, doors, windows, cabinets, and fixtures.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete various construction activities.
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks required for construction site work.
- Fabricate custom components using woodworking techniques and materials.
- Install rebar for concrete forms and assist with concrete forming projects.
- Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, mold remediation, and general renovation tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating, framing carpentry, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and remodeling projects.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery (if applicable), and other fabrication equipment.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of roofing systems, siding installation, flooring installation (tile or wood), masonry work, plumbing basics, electrical experience, and drywall finishing.
- Experience with water damage restoration or mold remediation is a plus.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively at heights or in confined spaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in restoration industry environments or manufacturing settings.

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
