- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
and communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
- Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of all tasks
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure adherence to budget and timeline
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, monitor progress, and address any issues or concerns
- Prepare and submit progress reports to clients and senior management

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficient in project scheduling software (e.g., Primavera) and construction management software (e.g., ProCore)
- Familiarity with construction estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam) is a plus
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
