Role Description
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing domestic and international freight movements while delivering exceptional customer service and operational support. This role works closely with customers, carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure shipments are executed efficiently, accurately, and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management knowledge
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple shipment simultaneously
- Proficiency in logistics technology and software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel

Salary Range - $45,000-$55,000 annually based on experience
