Neuman Pools Inc, a premier builder of custom residential, commercial, municipal and waterpark aquatic projects, is accepting applications for a Preconstruction Project Manager. Our business is built on delivering exceptional service to our customers and maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated professional to join our team. This position is located in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Job Description:

The position will focus on managing projects from inception through completed construction documents and permitting, as well as identifying and developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with owners, vendors, contractors
Generate estimates and proposals.
Plan and schedule project timelines for design projects.
Review other design consultant’s drawings.
Coordinate with owners and design consultants
Coordinate compliance with all relevant governmental and regulatory agencies.
Onsite meetings and site visits as required
Other job-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Construction management experience
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge.
Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Must have valid driver license and safe driving record
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

Salary: Starting at $70,000 but negotiable based on experience.
