Job Description:
Smith’s Waterproofing is seeking a full-time brick/stone/block skilled mason, with the ideal candidate having a minimum of five years’ experience in the masonry industry.

Summary of position:
- Masonry repairs/alterations of brick, stone and block
- Grinding and tuckpointing
- Caulking removal and replacement on exterior and interior buildings and parking structures.
- Scaffold Erecting
- Flashing repair and install
- Lintel repair
- Masonry demolition
- Use of masonry saws, grinders and other hand tools
- Scissorlift or boom lift experience
Environmental Conditions (will vary):
- Outside Work – Continuous
- Moving Objects – Continuous
- Loud Noise – Continuous
- Dust - Occasional
- Hot/Cold extreme temperatures (inclement weather) – Occasional
- Chemicals – Occasional
- Must be able to wear the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): safety vest, safety glasses, ear protection, hard hat, respirator, and other PPE required by customers to name a few.
