You will be responsible for placing, leveling, and finishing concrete on a variety of commercial job sites.

Responsibilities:
- Use hand and power tools to spread, smooth, and finish concrete
- Interpret blueprints and form layouts
- Create broom, trowel, or specialty finishes
- Set forms and place embedded items
- Monitor drying, apply sealants or curing agents
- Collaborate with team and foreman for quality results
- Clean tools and maintain a safe, organized job site
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE

Required:
- At least 1 year of concrete finishing experience
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to read basic blueprints and form layouts
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather
Preferred:
- Experience with placing, troweling, and finishing techniques
- Familiarity with commercial formwork systems
- Comfort with working independently or on a team
