Job Title: Sr Associate Project Manager
Duration: 12 months contract
Location: Remote
Pay rate: $45 - $50.00 hourly on W2
Top must-have technical skills and experience / Candidate Requirements:
- Knowledge of Workday or have worked on a WD implementation that would be ideal
- MS Project Intermediate - Advanced
- MS Office Suite- Word, Excel and Ppt for presenting information
- Experience with Agile Project Delivery Required
- Manage end to end workstream delivery
- Managed medium to large Complex projects
- Work to HCM(human capital management) or Saas projects
- Ability to work across functions such as Consulting company, Stakeholders and IT and build and maintain the relationships.
- Escalate Risk and Issues coming from the workstream
•Does not need a PMP
Soft Skills:
Excellent Verbal and Written communication
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Seeks and uses objective information to analyze issues and come up with creative options
