Estimator/Project Manager – Heavy Civil / Earthwork

We’re looking for an Estimator/Project Manager who can take ownership of heavy civil / dirt work projects and drive them from start to finish. This role is for someone who understands production, stays on top of costs, and works well with field teams.

What You’ll Do
- Manage projects from estimation through closeout
- Work closely with superintendents & foremen to keep jobs moving
- Track costs, quantities, and production
- Handle billing, change orders, and project financials
- Communicate with clients, engineers, and inspectors
- Solve problems early and keep projects on track

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in heavy civil / earthwork construction
- Strong understanding of dirt work operations and equipment
- Experience managing job costs and schedules
- Ability to read plans and specs
- Organized, accountable, and communicates clearly
