Role Overview
As the Head of Partnerships, you will lead the growth and management of a global supply-side network. You are responsible for identifying, onboarding, and retaining high-value infrastructure providers to ensure the marketplace remains liquid, competitive, and scalable. This is a strategic leadership role that combines high-level deal-making with operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Partnership Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive strategy to acquire and scale key supply-side partners globally.
- Deal Execution: Lead the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiating complex commercial terms, and closing high-stakes agreements.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary executive contact for major partners, ensuring long-term retention and continuous service optimization.
- Market Intelligence: Act as an internal subject matter expert on industry trends, competitor movements, and pricing dynamics to influence product roadmap and company strategy.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to ensure the platform’s technical standards meet partner capabilities and user needs.
Required Qualifications
- Professional Experience: Significant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or marketplace growth, ideally within the technology or infrastructure sectors.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of navigating complex legal and financial contracts with multi-layered stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate market gaps into actionable partnership opportunities that drive revenue and platform stability.
- Communication: Exceptional executive presence with the ability to represent the company to external CEOs and board-level stakeholders.
