Lead Water, Fire & Mold Technician
Slays Restoration is seeking an experienced Lead Water, Fire & Mold Technician to join our growing team. We are a family-owned restoration company with over 25 years of experience, committed to excellence, integrity, and professionalism. Responsibilities:
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and moisture inspections.
- Complete fire and smoke damage cleanup, including debris removal, soot cleaning, and odor control.
- Conduct mold remediation following industry and IICRC standards.
- Set up containment, operate restoration equipment, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Lead and train technicians on job sites to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Communicate with customers, project managers, and office staff regarding job progress.
- Document work performed through photos, notes, and job management software.
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles, equipment, and job sites.
Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of experience in water, fire, and mold restoration.
- IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT, etc.).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environmental conditions.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work on-call rotations, evenings, weekends, and during emergency events.
