Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee and manage daily operations on our active job site. The ideal candidate will lead a crew of workers and ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers and subcontractors
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans
- Ensure work is completed according to company standards and regulatory codes
- Monitor progress and provide daily reports to the project manager or superintendent
- Enforce safety policies and conduct daily safety briefings
- Manage equipment, tools, and material deliveries
- Resolve job site issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
- Communicate effectively with crews, vendors, and upper management
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in construction, with at least 3 year in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and OSHA regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent time management and communication abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
