Senior Project Manager – ERP/SAP Implementation
Location: Hybrid – Tempe, AZ (2–3 days onsite weekly)
Salary: $120,000 – $122,000 (DOE)
Overview
Webhead is seeking a Senior Project Manager with hands-on ERP/SAP implementation experience to lead high-impact enterprise initiatives. This is a fully funded, high-visibility role requiring someone who can quickly ramp up and drive delivery from concept through completion.

- Active PMP Certification (required)
- ERP implementation experience as a Project Manager (required)
- SAP implementation experience (required)
- 7+ years enterprise IT project management experience
- Must be based in the Phoenix metro area
- Must be authorized to work in the US
Candidates without SAP/ERP implementation experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle ERP/SAP implementations (initiation through closure)
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Maintain and actively manage RAID logs (risks, issues, dependencies)
- Drive cross-functional teams across IT, business, and vendors
- Provide executive-level reporting and stakeholder communication
- Manage project financials, forecasting, and budget tracking
- Lead change management, deployment readiness, and operational readiness
- Ensure delivery aligns with quality, compliance, and governance standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise IT project management experience
- Proven experience delivering ERP/SAP implementations
- Experience managing projects with budgets $2M+
- Strong financial acumen (CAPEX/OPEX, forecasting, reporting)
- Experience with MS Project, SAP (or other ERP), and PM tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Utilities or energy industry experience

- Salary: $125,000 – $130,000
