Job Description
CSI – a custom hardware/software engineering company headquartered in Richardson, TX, is seeking a talented Program Schedule Analyst. The Program Schedule Analyst will support the business with detailed program and high level corporate schedule reviews. This position is an excellent opportunity to use program scheduling knowledge to drive organizational excellence.
Primary responsibilities include partnering with the Program Manager and Control Account Managers/ Integrated Product Team Leads (CAMs/IPTLs) to provide personal involvement in the successful execution of multiple contracts. You will ensure that all required schedule inputs (including reporting) are reviewed, analyzed and submitted on time.
The selected candidate will be subject to government security investigations and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Essential Job Functions:
- Development, maintenance, and monitoring of detailed MS Project Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Program Controls team members, Engineers, and other stakeholders as required to develop resource loaded Schedules
- Ensure that all relevant WBS, Workpackage, and Charge Code coding is applied accurately to the schedule
- Responsible for conducting program status meetings with various functions
- Assist Program Management and Control Account Managers with Critical Path Analysis
- Assist Control Account Managers with schedule variance analysis
- Baseline Change Request (BCR) Implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and more than 2 years prior relevant experience
· 2 years of Earned Value Management experience
· Experience analyzing and reporting schedule data / SDRLs
· Experience with “Structured Solutions Inc. (SSI)” scheduling software
· Aerospace and/or DoD work experience
