Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of MESA. The CEO will lead and oversee the organization’s strategic direction, manage daily operations, and ensure the financial health of the association. They will work closely with stakeholders to develop and execute business planning, enhance member engagement, and expand the organization’s reach. Responsibilities also include fostering partnerships, driving sales initiatives, and directing overall operations to achieve MESA’s mission.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Finance and Operations Management
- Proven skills in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
- Familiarity with Sales and the ability to establish and grow partnerships
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to supporting the growth and development of students in metallurgical engineering
- Experience in association management or similar roles is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
