Oversee and manage the company\'s technology infrastructure, including
cyber security, hardware, software and cloud service. Proven track
record of leading technology transformations\
and modernizing legacy systems. Serve as IT Project Manager by
spearheading the development and implementation of new technology
applications & systems. Collaborates closely with\
leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure all technological
efforts align with business goals. Strong technical expertise in coding,
web development, system administration, desktop\
support, data analysis and data visualization. Establish robust data
governance policies and procedures. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and\
motivate a team. Provide strategic vision, mentoring & leadership for a
team of IT professionals. Responsible for innovating and maintaining
technology operations to include administration, network management,
systems, software, cyber security and backup and emergency recovery
plans. Advises executive & senior leadership on financial implications
of technology programs for the organization. Ability to effectively
communicate complex technical information to both technical and
non-technical stakeholders. Experience in driving innovation and
introducing new\
technologies to enhance business processes. Cultivate strong
relationships & establish partnerships with external vendors and
consultants. Track record of successfully scaling technology
infrastructure to support company growth and expansion. Familiarity with
agile development methodologies and modern software engineering
practices. Administers programs within approved budget parameters,
including allocation of financial, technology, and staff resources.
Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize
disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations
or data loss. Establishes efficiency and efficacy standards, providing
recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure. Ensure HIPAA,
FERPA, PHI and PCI compliance is always maintained.
