ColoVAX is seeking a Mobile Public Health / Primary Care Registered Nurse (RN) to support the Navajo Public Health Nursing Program (NPHN) with mobile health services in the areas around Kayenta Health Center, Inscription House Health Clinic, and Navajo Mountain Community Health Center.

Position Overview
The Mobile Public Health / Primary Care RN will provide community-based mobile nursing services focused on prevention, education, continuity of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Clinical Responsibilities
RNs may support:
- Medical referrals and care coordination
- Child and family health services
- Immunization programs
- Chronic and acute condition management
- Community health assessments
- Health promotion and patient education
- School health screenings
- Community event medical standbys
Emergency Response Support
All staff are prepared to assist with:
- Community events (fairs, marathons, public gatherings)
- Public health emergencies and disaster response activities

Required License & Certification:
- Active RN license (in AZ, NM, UT, or a nursing compact state)
- BLS Provider (CPR/AED)

Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 per week
Monday– Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
Salary range
$40 - $52 per hour with optional pre-tax deductions for tax-free housing, meals, and mileage, significantly increasing the value of your total compensation.
