Bosch Building Technologies Integrator Business
The regional system integration business called Bosch Building Technologies offers solutions and customized services for building security, energy efficiency, and building automation for commercial buildings and infrastructure projects Bosch started its Integrator Business in North America through the acquisition of Climatec in 2015. Climatec expanded Bosch’s role as a comprehensive supplier of energy, building automation and security solutions. Climatec is recognized in the building industry as an independent single-source integrator of critical building systems including energy services, building automation and security & life safety in the U.S. market. The company provides consulting, planning, implementation and 24/7 remote management. Climatec is active in several market segments and industries including data centers, commercial real estate buildings, and federal, state, and local government. Climatec has operated as an independent entity, maintaining its offices in Arizona, California, Nevada, Texas, New York, and New Jersey. Job Title: Senior Director , Critical Infrastructure
Job Summary:
As a pro-active Senior Director with Bosch Building Technologies, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, expanding the company’s critical infrastructure customer base, and maintaining professional selling skills. Your business acumen and ability to communicate with stakeholders and effectively identify opportunities will be crucial to ensuring the longevity of our client engagements. This is a high-level sales and relationship management role, responsible for ensuring a deep partnership and long-term revenue expansion.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Define and implement sales strategies and action plans to increase with critical infrastructure market share and meet financial objectives.
- Team Leadership & Mentoring: Recruit, train, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential and achieve individual quotas.
- Performance Management: Monitor sales metrics, analyze data to identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- Client & Account Management: Build relationships with key clients, manage high-level negotiations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
- Operational Execution: Create sales playbooks, manage budgets, and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Operations and Engineering teams to align strategies.
- Own the creation of your annual sales plan and develop your strategic approach for your market to increase sales in all company service offerings including integrated security, networking/data cabling, and/or commercial audio-visual.
- Propose and present new solutions for security, integrated systems technologies, and infrastructure.
- Follow up on all sales leads and maintain CRM activities, opportunities, and forecasting.
- Monitor competitive landscape for changing security technology and trends to ensure Bosch Building Technologies offerings are leading edge and to add value to our clients through leveraging their existing technology.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales professionals to drive performance and meet targets.
- Representing the company at conferences, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.

- Progressive experience in a technical sales environment, ideally from the integrated security, networking/data cabling and/or commercial audio-visual industries
- 10 - 12 years of experience selling complex integrated solutions involving access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, structured cabling, RTLS, nurse call, PA systems, fence detection, digital signage, corporate AV, or other related systems
- Experience selling into Critical Infrastructure; energy, water, transportation & healthcare
- Knowledge of the following technologies: IP networks, low voltage electronics, power and communications, Windows XP or 7 workstations, Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of selling in related industries (IT, Telecommunications, engineering, technology)
- Experience with the following technologies; Client-Servicer security applications, MS SQL databases, Server and Storage Infrastructure.
- Post-secondary education; University degree in Business
- Working knowledge of Microsoft D365

- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and may be required to work at heights over 1.8m (6 feet)
Working Conditions:

- The office is clean, orderly, properly lighted and ventilated. Noise levels are considered low to moderate
- Will be required to be on site with customers or contractors, with or without colleagues to manage the expectations and deliverables. Sites range from general office environments to new construction.
- Driving to customer sites is required
- Limited overnight travel may be required
Additional Information:
- Compensation: $170,000 - $200,000 + Commission (DOE)
- Working Hours: This position generally works Monday- Friday, overtime and on call when necessary
- Travel Requirements: Overnight travel may be required, 30-40%
