A Day in the Life
- Building and maintaining detailed project schedules across multiple departments
- Coordinating timelines for product launches
- Running regular check-ins with stakeholders to track progress and remove roadblocks
- Managing dependencies between product teams
- Updating leadership on project status, risks, and timeline shifts
- Adjusting schedules in real time based on changing priorities or unforeseen challenges
- Supporting production planning for both physical products and content releases
- Ensuring deadlines are met while balancing speed, quality, and resource constraints
What You'll Do
- Develop, maintain, and optimize project schedules across product teams
- Align cross-functional stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and priorities
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps, and proactively propose solutions
- Track progress against milestones and ensure accountability across teams
- Facilitate communication between departments to ensure smooth execution
- Support planning and coordination of product launches and content releases
- Continuously improve scheduling processes, tools, and workflows
- Provide clear, concise reporting to leadership on timelines and performance
What You'll Bring
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in scheduling, project coordination, or program management
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive alignment and accountability
- High attention to detail with the ability to see both the big picture and granular tasks
- Ability to adapt quickly and re-prioritize in a dynamic, evolving environment
Preferred:
- Familiarity with supply chain and production scheduling concepts
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) or ERP systems
- Interest in drones, robotics, or emerging technology industries
