K1 Group, LLC is hiring a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet activities at our Fort Worth, TX location. This role is critical to keeping our trucks moving safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily fleet operations, dispatch coordination, and driver scheduling
- Monitor telematics (Geotab) and key KPIs including cost per mile, utilization, and on-time performance
- Partner with maintenance, safety, and dispatch teams to resolve operational issues
- Ensure DOT/FMCSA compliance, including HOS, ELD, and driver qualification files
- Lead, coach, and develop drivers and operations staff
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve service
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics operations
- Working knowledge of TMS, ELD, and telematics platforms (Geotab preferred)
- Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Fort Worth, TX
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
