In this role, you will install siding, roofing materials, and exterior components on modular units. You will work from blueprints and specifications, using hand and power tools to ensure proper installation, weatherproofing, and durability. You’ll work alongside a team to complete projects efficiently while maintaining quality standards.

Job Duties
- Install siding, roofing materials, and exterior components
- Measure, cut, and fit materials for proper installation and weather sealing
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Ensure proper alignment, sealing, and overall exterior quality
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Inspect completed work for quality and durability
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with team members to complete projects on schedule
Schedule
Day Shift – Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Pay
$22–$26 per hour
Sider / Roofer Requirements
- Previous experience in siding, roofing, or exterior construction
- Ability to read and interpret measurements and blueprints
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Knowledge of exterior materials and installation techniques
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to safety and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
