Area Home Services is growing and looking for a skilled craftsman who takes pride in high-quality work and can lead kitchen, bathroom, and home improvement projects with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and complete kitchen, bathroom, and home remodeling projects
- Work independently to plan, execute, and finish jobs with high attention to detail
- Perform skilled carpentry, drywall, painting, trim work, and general remodeling tasks
- Troubleshoot issues on-site and make decisions to keep projects moving
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site
- Use ServiceTitan for job tracking, notes, and communication
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of hands-on remodeling or construction experience (required)
- Experience with kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Ability to run a job independently without supervision
- Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, trim, and general remodeling
- Comfortable solving problems and making decisions on-site
- Reliable, professional, and takes pride in quality work
- Valid driver’s license with clean record

- Only have basic handyman or maintenance experience
- Are not confident running a full project on your own
