Job Description
Neff Specialties is a specialty construction product sales office that provides a wide range of finish products for commercial construction projects – i.e. cabinetry, bathroom partitions and accessories, visual display products, overhead doors, operable partitions, and more. We are seeking applicants for a full time position of Project Manager. The successful applicant will be expected to manage all aspects of each project from initial scope and contract review to final billing.
Location: Hastings, PA This is a full time in person position must currently reside in Pennsylvania.
Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Discuss with clients the specific requirements of each project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs as needed
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Invoice customers in accordance with project requirements
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Project Manager Skills and Qualifications
- Highly organized and motivated
- Strong communication skills
- Customer service skills
- Ability to read blueprints is needed, but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Bluebeam Revu is a plus!
