Solar Eclipse New York is a design-led accessories and lifestyle brand transforming everyday objects into collectible, expressive pieces. Our products are carried by leading global retailers including Nordstrom, Anthropologie, MoMA Design Store, and Le Bon Marché.
As we continue to scale across wholesale, retail, and international markets- including new product categories - we are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support day-to-day execution across production, wholesale, and logistics.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of building a growing brand. We’re looking for someone sharp, detail-obsessed, and eager to grow into a larger operations role over time.
What You’ll DoProduction & Logistics Support- Assist in tracking production timelines and sample status
- Coordinate shipments with factories and logistics partners
- Help manage delivery schedules and internal tracking
Wholesale Operations- Support purchase order entry and tracking across accounts
- Assist with retailer requirements, ship windows, and documentation
- Help ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
Trade Shows & Pop-Ups- Support preparation for trade shows and retail activations
- Assist with packing, materials, and on-site coordination as needed
- Help track leads and follow-up items post-show
Inventory & Organization- Maintain internal trackers for inventory and production
- Help coordinate samples and product organization
- Ensure materials and information are up to date across teams
General Operations Support- Assist the operations team with day-to-day coordination
- Help keep timelines, tasks, and communications organized
- Support process improvements as the company scales
Who You Are- 1–3 years experience in operations, admin, or a similar role (consumer brand a plus)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - you don’t let things slip
- Proactive and responsive—you take initiative and follow through
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Excited to work in a fast-paced, growing environment
