Company Description
Pax & Beneficia is a specialty coffee brand based in Dallas–Fort Worth, with 8 cafe locations (a 9th opening soon), an in-house syrup line, catering, and e-commerce. We're building something rooted in the connecting people through our offerings, where excellence in coffee is the foundation for meaningful experiences. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you'll oversee the day-to-day systems that keep our cafes running — logistics, inventory, supply chain, quality, and team performance — while partnering with store-level leadership to drive continuous improvement.
