Duration & Type: 9+ months Contract with a major pharmaceutical industry client

Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Support the Senior Business Operations Manager, Center for Outcomes Research and Epidemiology, in activities relating to contracting, process compliance and revision, and budget and timeline adherence across the team activities.
Responsible to support, coordinate projects for the department/division.
Responsible for or assists with project development, communication, tracking and reporting for assigned business line or function.
Works with wide range of business partners and customers to help implement projects as needed.
Responsible for tracking and reporting the performance of projects. Synthesizes data and provides reports to management and stakeholders on improving operations.
Create reports and present data to validate and support programs.
Works on various projects as needed.
May support multiple projects in a fast-paced, nimble environment. Other duties as assigned.

Required:

Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent recognized formal training/working experience, preferably in scientific and/or GxP related discipline.
1-4 years’ in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience Experience
Previous experience in life science industry strongly preferred
Experience in managing multiple projects preferred
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Proven ability to work with all levels and across regions/time zones within an organization.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly driven, organized, collaborative, and flexible.
Experience managing multiple overlapping deadlines and work streams.
Strong sense of teamwork and collaborative focus that inspires confidence within the organization and external partners.
