About The Role
The candidate should have a maximum of two years of experience, strong troubleshooting methodology, Solid knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems,
Good understanding of networking fundamentals, Experience handling routers, switches, and internet connectivity. Understanding of VPN concepts. IT security awareness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT operations at the Egypt office including:
- Ensure overall IT security and smooth technical operations at the office.
- Handle equipment’s purchase and SLAs .
- Handle devices, local network infrastructure and internal system configuration
- Install & configure software and Troubleshoot Windows.
- Configure IP phones, Maintain Wi-Fi connectivity
- Email setup.
- Create incident reports, Maintaining documentation for all hardware
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions.
- Manage VPN connections and secure connectivity with HQ
- Configure and maintain firewall rules and IP whitelisting for partners accessing the API.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 issues.
