Twyford International is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Warehouse Supervisor at Mkuranga Glass Factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing Warehouse operations and ensuring efficient inventory management and distribution process.
Key responsibilities
1. To supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
2. Ensure accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
3. Monitor and enforce warehouse safety standards and procedures
4. Coordinate with procurement, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
5. Lead, train, and manage warehouse staff to improve productivity and efficiency.
6. Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.
7. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications & requirements;
1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, supply chain management, Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills
4. Good knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse procedures
5. Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
6. Proficiently in Microsoft office applications
