Lynch Landscaping Inc. is seeking a dedicated Gardener/Flower Bed Maintenance project manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and maintaining outdoor spaces, have good knowledge about plants and a passion for training others.

Responsibilities:
- Basic scheduling of crews
- Ability to train others
- Basic estimating
- Plant, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Weed and cultivate gardens
- Prune and trim trees and bushes
- Monitor plant health and treat for pests or diseases
- Operate gardening equipment
Experience:
- Previous experience in gardening, landscaping and managing others preferred
-Customer service preferred
- Knowledge of plant care techniques is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills to maintain garden schedules and tasks efficiently

What to expect day-to-day: A typical day for our project managers starts at 5:45 AM. We work Monday – Friday, and an occasional Saturday if needed. You would get the crews ready for the day and make any last minute schedule changes. After getting the crew ready, you'll be on the road by 6:15 to the job site to train employees or work with a client. This job requires a lot of daily physical exercise. If you love being outside and you want to get daily exercise, this will be a great job for you! Once our team is done for the day, they head back to the pit and fill their trucks for a great start the next day. We take pride in our services. With hundreds of customers throughout the central Maine area, you have the opportunity to excel. Lynch Landscaping started fifteen years ago with two teenagers, a blazer, and a couple of lawns to care for. We now service all of central Maine, with a fleet of trucks and over 25 employees. This means there is an opportunity for you to grow with us and truly have a career.
Pay and Experience: Pay is based on experience. Lynch Landscaping offers time and a half for any overtime. You will be asked to work 50-55 hours a week which means they’re making 10-15 hours of overtime. There is always an opportunity to work more hours and make more money. You can essentially make as much a week as you’d like.
We also have health insurance that we think kicks ass. We pay up to $500 a month and you choose a plan that suits your needs. Typically this covers most if not all of your monthly insurance cost.
