Unlike many sales roles where compensation plans change or territories get reassigned, this role is designed for long-term territory development and relationship-based selling.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Disaster Specialists is a rapidly growing, family-owned disaster restoration company serving Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts.
They help property owners and businesses recover quickly from water damage, fire damage, mold remediation needs, and other restoration emergencies.
This is a full-time B2B outside sales role responsible for developing and managing referral relationships across your assigned territory.
Your focus will be building strong partnerships with professionals who frequently encounter property damage situations and require a trusted restoration partner.
This role is consultative and relationship-driven, not high-pressure selling.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build and develop a B2B referral network throughout your territory
- Identify and engage referral partners such as:
- Property Managers
- Insurance Agents and Adjusters
- Plumbers and Mechanical Contractors
- Facility Managers
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Schedule and lead discovery meetings with referral partners
- Present Disaster Specialists’ capabilities and differentiators clearly and professionally
- Maintain and grow existing referral relationships through consistent outreach
- Track activity, pipeline, and opportunities in CRM
- Collaborate with operations to ensure excellent client outcomes
- Work toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Contribute directly to company growth and revenue
WHO SUCCEEDS IN THIS ROLE
Successful candidates typically have:
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Comfort building a territory from the ground up
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Coachability and willingness to follow proven sales processes
- Strong organization and CRM discipline
- Motivation to grow income and build a long-term career
Experience selling to property managers, insurance professionals, contractors, or facility managers is a plus but not required.
TERRITORY
This position covers Cape Cod and Southeastern Massachusetts, including areas such as:
- Cape Cod, Plymouth County, Barnstable County, Bristol County, Surrounding Southeastern Massachusetts communities
Office is located in Sandwich, MA. Candidates should reside within reasonable driving distance of the territory.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
