Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will support project managers in coordinating various aspects of construction projects, ensuring smooth operations from inception to completion. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help drive project success, facilitate communication among stakeholders, and uphold the highest standards of construction management. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your expertise in project coordination within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We are a family owned construction company that is looking for an ENERGETIC team member to grow with our fast moving business. This is a hands on position. If you do not have energy, passion, and get up, this may not be a position for you. Must be able to multi task and wear multiple hats at once!

Responsibilities

Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines.
Support the preparation and review of construction estimates, blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate project activities across teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain seamless workflow and adherence to project schedules.
Manage documentation including daily reports, change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), and safety records.

Requirements

Prior experience or familiarity with construction site operations and basic construction sequences.
Strong understanding of blueprint reading.
Demonstrated ability in project scheduling and coordination within a construction environment.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of construction safety protocols and site experience is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using construction management tools for document control and project tracking.
Effective communication skills to liaise with team members, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
