Duties

Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other trades by providing necessary tools and materials
Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and cleaning work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision, following safety protocols at all times
Help with site cleanup, debris removal, and organizing materials to maintain a tidy work environment
Follow safety guidelines diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Support the team in meeting project deadlines by completing assigned tasks promptly and accurately

Qualifications

Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Basic understanding of construction safety practices; OSHA training certification is a plus but not required
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for team success
