Van Horn Construction Project Managers/Estimators provide a commitment throughout all projects by staying focused on the customer, possess excellent communication skills, and supervise the efficient use of resources. Estimating, managing projects, negotiating jobs with customers, and providing detailed project documentation are only a few tasks that they will perform. Additional tasks critical to a successful project that Project Managers/Estimators must possess include:
Budget Development
Continuous const/constructability input throughout the design phase
Value Management
Project Scheduling and Phasing Plan
Permitting and documentation for regulatory requirements
Coordination of Construction
Job Costing and Variance Analysis
Residential Construction experience does not meet qualifications.
