Individually and as part of a crew assist or lead the construction of outdoor projects including decks, porches, three and four season rooms and other exterior structures.
Looking for an experienced carpenter with skill pertaining to:
-Footing placement, light concrete finishing
-floor, wall, and roof framing
-experience with stick built homes, garage, porches or out buildings
-exterior finish work including: wood and composite decking
-wood, vinyl, metal and composite railing systems
-wood and composite trim and cornice work
-exterior door, window, and screen door installations including screens and hardware
-experience screening in porches
-vinyl and wood siding work including using a siding brake to wrap fascias, the installation of soffits
-gutter installation
Other skills not required but a plus:
-Roof tear off and installation
-light electrical including low voltage lighting
-drywall finishing, paint and interior trim
-flooring
MUST HAVE:
-Valid driver's license and legitimate means of transportation to and from jobsites
-basic hand tools with a tool belt pertaining to the work to be done (Tape measure, hammer, square etc)
-the ability to lift up to 90lbs repeatedly, the ability to move material on the jobsite etc. This is a physically demanding job.

Pay: $16.00 - $32.00 per hour
