Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, skilled remodel technician/carpenter who can handle multiple aspects of residential construction. This is not an entry-level position—we need someone who can show up, stay productive, and deliver clean, professional results.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential remodeling tasks including:
- Framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry
- Cabinet installation
- Flooring (LVP, tile, hardwood)
- Light plumbing and electrical (as needed)
- Read and follow plans, scopes, and instructions
- Maintain a clean, organized job site
- Work efficiently to meet project timelines
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in remodeling or construction
- Strong knowledge of tools and jobsite practices
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience running small crews or leading projects
- Experience with tile work, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
- Basic blueprint reading
Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
