THE ROLE
The E-Commerce Merchandising Specialist executes online product merchandising for Thombrowne.com, supporting product launches, site operations, and a seamless customer experience that drives performance. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own the execution of the online product lifecycle, from launch through markdown, for Thombrowne.com
- Execute homepage and site merchandising updates across landing pages, category pages, and product listings
- Build and maintain seasonal and core product catalog documentation to ensure launch readiness; track weekly deliveries and ensure accurate product activation
- Partner with the studio team to coordinate PDP image shoots for seasonal and carryover products
- Collaborate with copywriters to support the development and upload of product descriptions and merchandising copy
- Support the translation process for PDP content across localized languages, working with external partners
- Maintain product data, including pricing, attributes, and catalog uploads, ensuring accuracy across systems
- Partner cross-functionally with Buying, Production, Logistics, and Marketing to support product flow and site launches
- Support optimization of on-site user journeys, including search, navigation, and filtering, to enhance customer experience and conversion
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including conversion rate, AOV, revenue, and traffic
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 3–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or site management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field
- Experience working with ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and retail systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; comfortable working with data and reporting
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Able to independently manage priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- Competitive compensation. Salary Range is $70,000 - $80,000 + target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
