Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization in search of a Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing project activities, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring stakeholders have visibility into progress and key milestones.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project managers by coordinating tasks, tracking milestones, and ensuring project deliverables stay aligned with requirements.
- Gather schedules, deadlines, and resource needs across multiple workstreams to help drive projects forward.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain project dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to provide timely updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to remove obstacles, resolve scheduling conflicts, and recommend corrective actions.
- Build strong relationships with operational teams to share best practices, communicate updates, and support ongoing or upcoming project needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in a project support, project coordination, or operations-focused role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and standard methodologies.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
