FAB / CUB Project Manager
Location: West Lafayette, Indiana (Onsite)

Ross Consultancy US is seeking an experienced FAB / CUB Project Manager to support a major large-scale Advanced Manufacturing / Technology construction project in West Lafayette, Indiana.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for managing cleanroom construction and base build activities across a large-scale advanced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a proven track record of success as a FAB / CUB Building Construction Project Manager / Superintendent skillset, supported by prior hands-on construction experience. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, technically skilled, highly organized, and able to communicate clearly and effectively while operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead all construction activities related to FAB / CUB cleanroom environments, including new builds, upgrades, and modifications
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and performance metrics
- Oversee projects from design through construction, commissioning, and closeout
- Coordinate with construction management teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to leadership and client teams
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks to maintain project timelines
- Prepare project reports, documentation, and progress updates
- Support permitting, inspections, and regulatory compliance with local authorities
- Drive productivity, safety, and quality across all site activities
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Superintendent in semiconductor or industrial construction
- Proven experience delivering cleanroom or mission-critical facility projects
- Strong leadership and coordination skills across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple scopes and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills across all levels, from field teams to executive stakeholders
- Experience with Lean construction principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on semiconductor fab or advanced manufacturing projects
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or high-tech construction
- OSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Equivalent field experience will be considered
