Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Foreman to lead our fencing crews. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, hands-on construction experience, and the ability to manage projects efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and lead fencing installation crews on job sites
· Read and interpret project plans and specifications
· Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
· Maintain high standards of safety and quality
· Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor needs
· Train and mentor crew members
· Communicate with clients and management regarding project progress
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3 years of construction experience (fencing experience preferred)
· Previous leadership or foreman experience strongly preferred
· Strong understanding of construction methods and tools
· Ability to read blueprints and layout projects
· Valid driver’s license with Chauffeur license (CDL a Plus)
· Ability to operate heavy equipment
· Ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various conditions
· Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
