We’re looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Manufacturing Quality Engineer who is hands-on, proactive, and eager to learn. This is a true “in-the-weeds” role—someone who enjoys being on the production floor, working closely with supervisors and operators, and driving real quality improvements.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring product and process quality across assigned production sectors, supporting both customer satisfaction and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Own quality performance for one or more production sectors
- Ensure Process Control Plans are applied and aligned with FMEA
- Challenge and support supervisors to identify and manage risks proactively
- Act as the local expert for manufacturing traceability systems
- Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
- Create, maintain, and deploy quality documentation; ensure training and compliance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within your scope
- Lead containment actions, root cause analysis, and problem-solving (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone)
- Participate in Short Interval Management on production lines
- Support customer satisfaction through quality improvements and corrective actions
- Provide quality input for new product or process evolutions
- Serve as the local expert on assembled products within your sector

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Electronic)
- 3 years or less experience in manufacturing quality, manufacturing engineering, or similar
- Experience with 8D problem solving and quality tools (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.)
- Six Sigma knowledge or certification highly preferred
- ESD experience is a plus
