About the Role
CDG ROW & Environmental is hiring experienced Bucket Truck Operators for active
nationwide field operations. We are currently deployed on DOT, Right-of-Way, and FEMA
disaster response projects across multiple states and need operators who can work hard,
work safe, and get results.
Whether you’re a Level 1 operator looking for consistent work or a Level 3 with years of
ROW and disaster response experience — we have a place for you.
What You’ll Do
Operate bucket trucks (41’–60’+ reach) on active DOT and FEMA jobsites
Perform hanger and leaner removal and tree trimming in ROW corridorsClear and remove debris following FEMA debris management protocols
Complete daily safety inspections and pre/post trip equipment checks
Maintain production documentation, tickets, and digital verification logs
Work alongside crews to hit daily production targets
What You Need
Experience operating a bucket truck (any level considered)
Understanding of ROW, DOT, or FEMA jobsite safety standards is a plus
Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding conditions
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred for Level 2–3)
Must be willing and able to travel and stay on location

No experience? No problem. CDG ROW & Environmental is hiring entry-level Groundsmen to
join our active field crews. You’ll be trained from day one and given a real path to grow intohigher-paying operator and leadership roles.

What You’ll Do
Assist bucket truck operators with clearing, cutting, and debris handling
Manage ropes, rigging, and drop zones during field operations
Maintain safe and organized work areas near active roadways
Load and process debris in compliance with FEMA guidelines
Assist with hanger and leaner removal operations
Keep tools and equipment organized throughout the shift
What You Need
No prior experience required — we train you
Physical stamina for sustained outdoor labor
Positive attitude and willingness to follow direction
Ability to travel and stay on location for project duration
Reliable and punctual — field crews count on each other
